Those who engage in transactions with Bombay Collective – by purchasing our offerings may be asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. We ask for your credit card and billing address so we can charge you for the product or service, calculate taxes due, and send you invoices. In each case, Bombay Collective collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Bombay Collective. Your credit card is passed directly to our payment processor, CCAvenue and PayU and doesn’t ever go through our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction, including the last 4 digits of the credit card number, for account history, invoicing, and billing support. We store your billing address to calculate any sales tax due if any, to detect fraudulent credit card transactions, and to print on your invoices. Bombay Collective does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. 11. Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms and / or the licence, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (‘MCIA Rules’), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, selected from the panel of arbitrators with technical experience in the field of information technology by Networking Now India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The law governing this arbitration agreement shall be the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended and re-enacted at the relevant time).
