In forty years of experience with the Neelkanth Group, the company has developed 20 million sq. ft. of real estate and created homes for more than 19,000 families in over 550 buildings.
Their flagship independent venture – Neelkanth Woods, aims to break through the clutter of claustrophobic houses and introduce the idea of living closer to nature. With bountiful greenery and manicured gardens, the property aims to evoke a meditative spirit within people and reconnect them to the simple joys of living.
CLIENT BRIEF
To redesign and develop:
- A website for the realty brand
- A distinct microsite within the parent website for their newly launched venture – Neelkanth Woods: Phase 1: Olivia
STRATEGY & DESIGN
- For their flagship venture, Neelkanth Woods, a separate microsite was created where the information about the project was put up. Since the venture had three separate phases to launch one after the other, we created three different sections
- For the launched phase, Olivia – we created a parallax page linking to each of the sections on the header. This page contained all the information about the first phase such as floor plans, amenities, gallery etc.


The project was strategised and executed by Dhriti Jain as a part of Skarma’s Project Management and Strategy Team. Skarma owns copyrights to the project and the same is listed post taking their permission.
